Interment: The burial or placement of human remains in the earth in a grave in a cemetery

Entombment: The burial or placement of remains in an above-ground lawn crypt or mausoleum crypt

Inurnment: The placement of human remains in an urn with placement of the urn in a niche, bench, crypt, grave, or other suitable receptacle in a cemetery
